Assuming the number of MSC obtained by the Ficoll (Ficoll-Paque PLUS, GE Healthcare code No.17-1440-02) and Percoll (Percoll, SIGMA code No.P1644-100ML) was 1, we calculated the ratio of values (ratios to Ficoll and Percoll).
